Baltrak January Convoy

About the Event

Baltrak Logistics™ aims to create an active and sustainable interaction environment within the VTC world by combining community spirit with corporate discipline through its monthly convoy organizations.

In line with this vision, the Baltrak Logistics™ January 2027 Convoy will be held on January 31, bringing VTC communities together on the same road to create an enjoyable driving atmosphere and strengthen bonds between teams. The organization has been carefully prepared to proceed with an orderly flow, clear planning, and mutual respect.

Throughout the convoy, disciplined driving, mutual understanding, and team coordination will be prioritized. Ensuring a comfortable and smooth event experience for all participating teams is our top priority. This event is designed not only as a drive, but also as a meeting point that enhances communication between communities.

As Baltrak Logistics™, we aim to establish a consistent and well-structured organization through our monthly convoys, build lasting relationships with teams that participate regularly, and present a reliable organizer identity within the VTC world.

Event Rules

Compliance with ETS2MP rules is mandatory throughout the convoy.

All drivers participating in the convoy must be present at the starting point at least 15 minutes before the designated time.

Respectful and professional conduct is essential throughout the convoy. Profanity, insults, provocative, or inflammatory behavior will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

Competitive, racing, or show-style driving is strictly prohibited throughout the event.

At the end of the convoy, vehicles must be parked in an orderly manner in the designated parking area, and the rules must be followed until the event concludes.

The instructions of the organizing team and Convoy Control (CC) must be followed without question.
